The goal of the program was to build a stronger infrastructure for the HCC as well as to develop a Latino Small Business Development Center (LSBDC) to work in cooperation with the HCC to strengthen existing Hispanic businesses and to develop new businesses in the Hispanic community. Through experience and knowledge the joint efforts of HCC and LSBDC they have assisted in a plentitud of business development and individuals turning opportunities into realities.
