Ohio Hispanic Chambers of Commerce Annual Award Gala Dinner
“The primary objective of the Ohio Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (OHCC) is to promote the development and continued growth of the Hispanic business community in Ohio. It comprises of the Dayton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus area chambers of commerce.
The OHCC is committed to providing information and assistance to its membership by serving as a referral and resource center. The OHCC monitors local, state, and national programs and legislation to evaluate the impact on Hispanic owned businesses.
This year, outstanding Hispanic business people and leaders at a local and state level will be recognized by the Ohio Hispanic Chambers of Commerce at its
on September 10th, 2010 at the Westin Hotel in downtown Columbus. In previous years, the Gala Dinner brought special speakers, including Ohio Governor Ted Strickland and Senator Sherrod Brown.
Award categories are:
- Business Man/Woman of the Year
- Hispanic Chamber Volunteer of the Year
- Business Advocate of the Year
- Corporate Hispanic Business Advocate of the Year
- Government Hispanic Business Advocate of the Year
You must be a Hispanic Chamber member to nominate, but anyone is eligible to be nominated for the awards.”
