Roland Medrano has an extensive career in international sourcing and supply chain management. With over three decades of experience shaping company resources and processes in response to market demands in dynamic, he has held several executive positions including Senior Vice President – Global Sourcing at Charming Shoppes and Senior Vice President Supply Chain at Gear for Sports representing brands like Lane Bryant, Under Armour, Champion, Gymboree, Speedo to name a few.
Roland successfully launched Regal International in 2012 where he is currently Managing Director, a management and consulting services firm in the fashion, apparel, retail sector and holds the US representation of 2 global apparel manufacturers based in Korea and Pakistan. Most recently, he acquired the Office Evolution franchise for Columbus metropolitan area to provide flexible office spaces and co-working environments to the nation’s growing ranks of independent professionals and small businesses. Finally, Roland is an Executive Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus where he is actively involved in its relaunching and revitalization to integrate the Hispanic business community and capitalize on the economic growth that Columbus is experiencing.
Born in Lima, Peru his family moved to Washington DC in 1968 where he grew up and graduated from American University with a B.A. in Economics. Roland is married and lives in Powell, Ohio with his wife Lisa and 2 daughters Tessa and Denna.
