Job Opening: Full Time Floating Cleaner

We are looking to add a Full-time Evening Cleaner/ Floater to our Columbus Team! The ideal candidates will be very thorough/detail oriented, will have experience in commercial cleaning, an excellent attendance record, and good communication skills.

We believe success in this position requires individuals who can follow directions, be flexible in work environments and keep safety as the #1 priority, all while being independent and able to hold themselves accountable.

Work Location: Columbus

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Also includes some on-call and weekend responsibilities)

What You’ll Do

• Reviews daily schedule prior to departing and completes work as assigned.
• Maintains assigned equipment and vehicles for safe, long term operation. Cleans all equipment after each work shift.
• Reports daily work progress through voice mail system at the end of each shift.
• Immediately reports any vehicle or equipment problems to supervisor.
• Reports job problems or inability to complete work immediately to the supervisor before leaving the job site.
• Properly uses and secures any cards, keys, phones, tablets, or other company property.

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months of commercial cleaning.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Incentives

• Starting rate $17/hour
• 90-day review, with potential for an increase
