The Hispanic Chamber of Columbus proudly announces its second annual Sabor de Columbus event to be held at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium on Thursday, August 19, 2009, from 6-9 pm.
Showcasing more than a dozen of Columbus’ best in Hispanic and Latin cuisine, Sabor de Columbus (Taste of Columbus/Flavor of Columbus) is a fun and exciting evening of food, music and dancing all with Latino flavor and flair.
Participating vendors include Nicole’s Catering, Azteca Catering, Barrio, Casa Sazón, Cazuelas Grill, La Michoacana, Panaderia Oaxaqueña, Perfect Plate Catering, Catina Laredo, and more.
Sabor de Columbus is generously underwritten by the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Honda, Nationwide and sponsored by AT&T, Fifth Third Bank, and Outlook Media, promotional support is provided by Fronteras de la Noticia, La Super X 103.1, WBNS-TV.

Hispanic Chamber of Columbus, Ohio Wesleyan University to conduct Hispanic business survey

The Hispanic Chamber of Columbus (HCC) is proud to announce the first Hispanic Business Survey in the State of Ohio. The survey is a cooperative effort between the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus and the Department of Economics at Ohio Wesleyan University, located in Delaware, Ohio.Spanish-speaking students from Ohio Wesleyan will be calling and visiting Hispanic-owned businesses in central Ohio to conduct the survey beginning the week of May 24.
